How to take your measurements?

- Take your measurements wearing light clothing or just underwear for more accurate measurements.

- Use a soft measuring tape and make sure it is flat against your body without being too tight.

- If you can, ask someone to help you with more precise measurements.

- Save your measurements to compare them to the size charts of the clothes you are considering purchasing.

For information :

  1. Chest measurement: Wrap the measuring tape around the widest part of your chest, usually around the nipples. Make sure the measuring tape is snug but not tight, and keep it horizontal.
  2. Waist: Locate your natural waist, usually just above your belly button. Wrap the tape measure around this part of your abdomen, keeping the tape measure snug but comfortable
  3. Hips/Pelvis: Place the tape measure around the widest part of your hips, generally at the height of the buttocks. Make sure the tape measure is parallel to the floor and snug but not tight.
  4. Thigh measurement: Stand and measure the widest part of your thigh, halfway between your hip and knee.
  5. Back measurement: Stand upright and measure just below the shoulder blades, under the arms.
  6. Arm length (sleeves): Bend your elbow at a 90-degree angle and measure the distance from the top of your shoulder to the wrist. Make sure your arm is relaxed alongside your body while measuring.
