Refund or exchange policy

1.REFUND

To obtain a refund:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to change your mind about your online purchase. Postal tracking is taken as proof, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and correctly folded. If the product is returned in a condition that does not allow it to be resold, it will not be refunded.

1) The customer must first have contacted Originel mojo by email, providing their order number to make their request known.

2) The procedure will then be clarified by e-mail.

3) The refund will take place within 7 days after recovery of the product(s) returned to Originel mojo.

If the buyer returns their items by their own means, it is strongly recommended to keep the tracking number until confirmation of receipt by Originel mojo. In the event of loss of the package by the carrier, this tracking number will take precedence.

2. EXCHANGE

The exchange is made for the same item of a different size or color if the amount is the same and within the limit of stock availability.

To make an exchange:

1) You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the items to obtain an exchange. Postal tracking is taken as proof, provided that the product is returned in perfect condition, unworn and correctly folded. If the product is returned in a condition that does not allow it to be resold, it will not be refunded.

2) Originel mojo will then proceed with the exchange within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product(s).

It is strongly recommended to keep the tracking number until confirmation of receipt by Originel mojo.
